Perhaps this has happened in your house...
It's gone. We are a paci-free household now. The baby doesn't take one and now that the two year old has bid hers a (not so fond) farewell we're devoid of pacifiers.
Never will I crawl around in the dark feeling for a pacifier at 2 a.m. ever again. That, my friends, is cause for celebration.
